Overview

Full-stack work on domain, DNS, hosting, and email provisioning workflows for a business email platform.

Business context

Inframail helps companies run email infrastructure for outreach and mailbox management. The product ties together domains, DNS records, hosting panels, and account provisioning so teams can operate email at scale without stitching tools by hand.

Problem and constraints

Businesses need reliable domains, DNS authentication, hosting, and mailbox provisioning without brittle manual setup.

Email deliverability depends on correct SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration. Provisioning touches third-party domain resellers, hosting panels, and operational systems where partial failures are common and must be handled carefully.

My role and responsibilities

Owned and improved end-to-end workflows spanning product UI, DNS/email authentication automation, and operational integrations.

  • Contribute to full-stack product development across frontend and backend workflows
  • Automate SPF, DKIM, and DMARC record management to cut manual DNS setup
  • Support domain registration and management flows with reseller integrations
  • Work with hosting and email account provisioning paths (WHMCS, cPanel, Hestia)
  • Collaborate with the team on features, bug fixes, and production releases

Solution and implementation

The platform connects domain acquisition, DNS verification, hosting/email provisioning, and product UI into coherent onboarding and operations flows. Automation reduces repetitive DNS authentication work while keeping operators in control when external systems need attention.

Client apps (React / Next.js) drive onboarding and operations. Backend services coordinate domain resellers, DNS verification, hosting panels, and mailbox provisioning. Supabase and operational tooling support product data and workflows.

Important technical decisions

Automate the high-friction DNS path

Manual SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup was a major bottleneck; automating record management reduced setup time by 90% while preserving the checks needed for deliverability.

Integrate operational systems rather than reinvent them

Domain resellers and hosting panels (WHMCS, cPanel, Hestia) already own critical provisioning steps — the product orchestrates them instead of replacing them.

Ship collaboratively in production

Work is delivered with cross-functional review so infrastructure changes stay safe for customers who depend on mail every day.

Results and outcomes

  • Reduced manual DNS authentication setup time by 90% through SPF, DKIM, and DMARC automation
  • Improved reliability of domain and mailbox onboarding workflows for business customers
  • Strengthened production readiness across email infrastructure operations
